Oxfordshire County Council’s Tree Service is seeking an experienced Manager to lead a team of 19 arboricultural professionals and to steer this key service through ongoing change. You will drive proactive tree care, canopy growth and tree retention across Oxfordshire, promoting transparency and building trust with communities, residents and stakeholders.

The role has autonomy to influence policy and strategy at the highest levels of the organisation and leads major planting projects and service

Qualifikationen

• Experience as an Arboriculturist or equivalent leadership role in a tree management service.
• Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and manage change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and public communication skills.
