We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Head of Tax Shared Services to lead our offshore business unit and support the continued growth and transformation of our Tax Shared Services practice. Reporting to the Tax Chief Operating Officer, in this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for continuing to build an extension of our tax team model—ensuring that offshore operations are fully integrated, aligned with business objectives, and consistently deliver exceptional value to our clients and stakeholders.
You will foster a culture of championship, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, leveraging your business acumen and financial expertise to make informed decisions that support growth, innovation and deliver value to stakeholders.

The expected base salary range for this position is $102,500 to $200,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
