• Lead organization-wide strategic initiatives and governance for Homewood Specialized Services
• Provide input and recommendations on clinical operations, infrastructure and strategic direction
• Initiate and oversee projects with long-term impact on program viability
• Collaborate with the Senior Director, Clinical Services and other leaders to meet clinical and financial targets
• Mentor medical staff and ensure compliance with current policies and regulations
• Maintain relationships with academic partners and external stakeholders to support education and research
