About the role

As Head of SME & Growth, you’ll lead the charge in scaling our partner’s presence in the small and medium business segment. This is a broad, strategic role that combines leadership, market positioning, and tactical go-to-market execution. You'll partner with cross-functional teams—from marketing to product—to ensure customers are onboarded effectively and supported throughout their lifecycle. If you're energized by growth, deeply customer-focused, and ready to help shape one of the most important segments of the business, this role offers plenty of room to make a lasting impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the SME and Mid-Market sales teams
  • Own the full customer lifecycle strategy—from acquisition through to upsell and retention
  • Develop and scale go-to-market plans aligned with commercial and strategic goals
  • Identify key verticals and define the right value propositions and product positioning
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing to build and execute customer campaigns
  • Establish partnerships with local vendors and develop effective channel strategies
  • Align with the global Product team to shape tools and experiences that support SME users
  • Serve as the lead voice for the SME business, both internally and externally
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive measurable business growth
