Role overview
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with great passion for sales & business development. You will be responsible for the Sales organization within Ontario at Carlsberg Canada including Off- & On-premises channels, managing a team of professionals across key accounts and field sales. You will ensure that our portfolio in the Beer, Cider and RTD categories will flourish in the years to come – for the benefit of consumers, customers and Carlsberg. You will take great responsibility in setting the team up for success in Ontario. You thrive in a job where you can drive the agenda, set the direction and execute together with the team.
What you’ll be doing
The role as Head of Sales involves a great deal of commercial responsibility at the strategic, tactical and operational level. In addition, it requires strong leadership skills. Success will be measured in terms of financial performance, customer satisfaction and people engagement.
