You'll guide descriptive and predictive analytics, drive AI integration, and partner with HRIS, IT, and business leaders to deliver governance, insights, and strategic workforce strategies across North America.

Qualifications

Expertise in HR analytics, BI, and data governance.
Ability to develop predictive analytics and ethically integrate AI in HR.
