Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in human resources, including 5 years in team management.
• Experience in a growing, global manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Ability to engage and manage high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an annual HR strategic action plan aligned with the company’s vision.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive talent development initiatives.
• Lead the rollout of corporate HR projects, processes, and policies.
