Job summary

Moment Energy is seeking an experienced Head of People to lead and scale our people strategy as we grow. Reporting to the COO, the Head of People will oversee all aspects of the People function including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee experience, and HR operations.

You will lead a small but growing People team and partner closely with company leadership to ensure our people strategy supports Moment Energy’s ambitious growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR/People leadership experience in a high-growth startup or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience building HR programs and processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable People strategy aligned with Moment Energy’s growth.
• Lead organizational design and leadership development across functions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies; manage risk.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback, and development.
• Design and manage compensation, equity, and benefits programs to scale with the company.
