• 8–12+ years leading analytics products used by Operations and/or Client teams.
• Proven track record delivering trusted BI and embedded AI features.
• Strong data fluency in modeling, definitions, SLAs, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and delivery of internal Operations & Client Management analytics platform.
• Create prototypes and continuously improve the analytics process.
• Work closely with Operations, Planning, and Account teams for adoption and training.
