• Experience in lab testing and fabric sustainability.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing and development strategy for raw materials.
• Oversee quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement processes.
• Lead material trend research and sustainable innovations.
• Manage raw material bookings and optimize inventory positions.
• Collaborate with Design, Buying, and PDP teams for material selection.
• Evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators.
• Inspire and develop the raw materials team.
