Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing and development strategy for raw materials.
- Oversee quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement processes.
- Lead material trend research and sustainable innovations.
- Manage raw material bookings and optimize inventory positions.
- Collaborate with Design, Buying, and PDP teams for material selection.
- Evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators.
- Inspire and develop the raw materials team.
