Job description

Head of Marketing Performance & Analytics (Future Director Track)

  • Toronto or Montreal | Hybrid (3-4 days in office)
  • $150–180K base + 10% bonus
Why This Role, Why Now

This isn’t just another analytics role. It’s the chance to design and own the marketing performance engine for one of Canada’s fastest-scaling healthcare companies - a national platform with 500+ locations and 8,000+ employees, backed by ambitious growth plans.

Every year, millions are invested into marketing. Your mission : make sure every dollar drives measurable growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Finance, and the Executive team, with a mandate to create clarity, accountability, and impact at scale.

For the right person, this is a launchpad : you’ll be mentored as the future Director of Marketing Performance, with direct exposure to the VP Finance, VP Marketing, CFO, and even the Board.

What You’ll Do
  • Build the scorecard that drives the business
Own KPIs, dashboards, and cadence for the entire marketing function - lead quality, funnel performance, CAC, ROI, and more. Your frameworks will be the truth the company runs on.
  • Be the financial conscience of marketing
Lead budget management, monthly P&L reporting, and variance analysis with Regional Marketing Directors. Hold the spend accountable, highlight risks, and spotlight opportunities.
  • Shape the narrative at the highest level
Prepare Board and Executive reporting that cuts through complexity. Link investment to growth, and tell the story with clarity and conviction.
  • Get hands-on with the data
SQL / Python / R, Power BI / Tableau / Looker, Google Analytics, MS Dynamics, ClickDimensions, Azure - you’ll connect messy, imperfect sources into seamless, actionable insights.
  • Lay the foundation for a future team
No direct reports today, but you’ll be positioned to build and mentor an analytics team as the company scales.

  • Hands‑on with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), Google Analytics, CRM (MS Dynamics), and marketing automation (ClickDimensions).
