This role demands deep expertise in Web3 growth strategies, especially within the crypto wallet ecosystem, with a sharp focus on budget allocation, return on investment driven spending, and innovative user acquisition tactics tailored for Web3.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Web3 marketing and growth, a comprehensive understanding of the Web3 landscape and protocols, and established networks and resources within the crypto wallet and blockchain community. This role is exclusively for professionals with genuine Web3/crypto experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Web3 portfolio, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention in crypto wallets and related products.
  • Own the budget planning, allocation, and optimization for growth campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing ROI within Web3 channels.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, including decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, DAOs, and Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols to craft targeted growth initiatives.
  • Understand and navigate the unique dynamics of crypto wallet user behavior and acquisition funnels, tailoring growth strategies accordingly.
  • Build and nurture partnerships within the Web3 community, including influencers, protocol teams, and ecosystem projects to amplify Wallet Vs reach.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities in Web3, adapting growth tactics proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align growth efforts with product development and business objectives.
