Job summary

CanadaVisa, Canada's immigration engine, seeks a Lawyer, Head of PR to lead the Express Entry practice. You will oversee a team of ~5 case managers, shape operational strategy, and scale the department while preserving legal quality.

In this leadership role, you will partner with the General Manager and executive team to grow the practice, deploy AI-powered tools, and develop scalable workflows. Immigration experience is preferred but leadership and judgment are paramount.

Qualifications

• A licensed Canadian lawyer in good standing.
• Experience leading teams and managing operations.
• Immigration experience is strongly preferred.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Express Entry practice as Head of PR and manage ~5 legal professionals.
• Build a high-performing team and scalable processes.
• Own operational performance and client satisfaction metrics.
• Provide senior legal leadership and governance oversight.
