Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology architecture and infrastructure engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise technology architecture strategy, principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Translate business needs into integrated technology roadmaps spanning infrastructure, platforms, connectivity, and emerging technologies.
• Oversee large-scale infrastructure programs, including datacentre modernization, migration, and hybrid cloud integration.
• Direct the design and deployment of enterprise voice, data, and wireless networks, including software-defined networking and private 5G.
• Ensure infrastructure platforms deliver high availability, performance, security, and resilience in a 24/7 environment.
• Drive the convergence of IT and operational technology environments and guide secure IoT and sensor-based solutions.
• Establish secure integration patterns across enterprise systems and promote data-driven capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and partners to deliver complex programs on time and budget.
• Monitor program performance, manage risks and dependencies, and build strong vendor partnerships.
• Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team across enterprise architecture, network engineering, IoT, and OT.
