Responsibilities

• Own the Online Product Launch process.
• Lead implementation of algorithmic merchandising strategies.
• Drive optimization of product data and navigation based on consumer behavior.
• Monitor website performance and provide data-driven inputs.
• Coach and manage the site merchandising team.
