About the Role

As our Head of Customer Success, you will lead and build a dynamic team of strategists specializing in social media, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing. You will oversee the development and execution of innovative campaigns that align with client goals, ensuring your team stays ahead of industry trends and delivers measurable results. In addition to mentoring and growing the team's expertise, you will collaborate closely with other departments to integrate creative, data‑driven strategies that drive client success. Your leadership will be key to expanding our service offerings and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Mentorship
  • Lead a team of strategists specializing in social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and TikTok Shop strategies.
  • Provide mentorship through training, feedback and support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their business goals are met through effective marketing strategies.
Strategy Development and Oversight
  • Oversee the creation and execution of customized influencer, social media, and affiliate marketing strategies to meet diverse client objectives and budgets.
  • Review campaign performance to ensure team strategies meet client KPIs.
Resource Management & Team Efficiency
  • Allocate team resources effectively to maximize productivity and ensure the best team/client fit.
  • Optimize team workflows and internal processes to increase efficiency within the team.
  • Work cross‑functionally with sales and product team to optimize revenue generation and system performance.
Business Growth and Development
  • Actively contribute to the growth of the services business by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to pitch services to potential clients, developing proposals that highlight the agency’s unique capabilities.
  • Strategize on expanding service offerings, with a particular focus on scaling the agency’s influence in the TikTok Shop and social commerce spaces.
Industry Expertise
  • Stay up‑to‑date on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media, and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Share insights and industry knowledge both internally with the team and externally with clients to continuously evolve strategies and enhance the agency's service offerings.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior role within a digital marketing agency, with a focus on influencer marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, and emerging e‑commerce platforms like TikTok Shop.
  • Proven success in leading and mentoring teams, driving collaboration, and achieving high‑performance results.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering business outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative and data‑driven marketing strategies that align with client goals.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and make informed adjustments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.

Compensation Range

We offer a starting salary of $75,000 - 100,000 CAD + equity. Total compensation includes salary, bonus, benefits, and other perks.
