Job summary

A leading financial institution in Canada is seeking a Manager of Commercial Banking Advisors to drive the team's performance and relationship-building efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sales leadership and the ability to enhance client relationships. Responsibilities include supporting the team in acquiring new clients, strategizing business opportunities, and coaching for effective delivery of financial services. This full-time role is based in Langley, British Columbia, with 37.5 hours/week expected.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales leadership skills, including the ability to lead employees through organizational change.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow the business through effective partnering activities.
  • Strong relationship builder; able to establish both internal and external relationships to identify business growth strategies.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with knowledge across Commercial Financial Services.
  • Passion for putting clients first, impacting and influencing sales leaders and partners.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and commitment to ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure CBA Team is supported to deliver on acquiring new clients.
  • Provide coaching to enable delivery of effective client solutions.
  • Develop and coach on opportunities to meet client needs and support overall business goals.
  • Conduct effective sales management routines to move opportunities forward.
  • Coach team members to maximize the use of technology for client servicing.
  • Share responsibilities with Commercial Account Managers for robust client relationships.
