• 10+ years’ experience in Professional Services or technical delivery roles within high-growth SaaS.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary PS teams.
• Former developer, architect, or hands-on implementation leader.
• Expert at translating complex technical topics for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build & scale the team by recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring talent.
• Drive profitable delivery through designing implementation playbooks.
• Own services sales strategy and maximize deal outcomes.
• Act as executive sponsor for complex AI deployments.
• Measure key performance indicators to optimize service delivery.
