Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivering and developing integrated technology ecosystems, including APIs, Events and Data flows.
• 5+ years leading technical team delivering IT solutions in support of business strategies.
• Strong foundation in AI, GenAI, and Agentic systems, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex AI and GenAI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI, GenAI, and Agentic systems roadmap.
• Collaborate with Digital & Data Business partners to deliver AI and Agentic solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of AI researchers, developers, and engineers.
