Job summary

RONA in Ottawa is seeking a Frontend Supervisor to lead our store's service standards and frontline team. You will oversee register coverage, help customers, and ensure smooth daily operations while upholding company programs and initiatives.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail and supervisory experience, strong communication, and sharp problem-solving skills. Join a community-focused retailer committed to training and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues
• Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Train and mentor new associates
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
