Rubicon Holdings Corp. is hiring Harvesting Labourers to support our greenhouse operations in Delta, BC. This hands‑on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working in a rural or greenhouse setting, and contributing to a fast‑paced, high‑quality cultivation environment. No previous experience is required—training is provided.

As a Harvesting Labourer, you’ll be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of crop production, from planting to harvesting and post‑harvest cleanup.

Key Responsibilities

• Harvest crops and seedlings with care and attention to quality
• Clean crops and maintain cleanliness of greenhouse areas
• Mix and prepare soils and fertilizers
• Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and fertilize crops
• Spray crops following proper protocols
• Perform general farm and greenhouse support duties

Work Environment

• Greenhouse and rural farm setting
• On‑site only—no remote work available
• Must be comfortable with physical labour, repetitive tasks, and standing for extended periods
