This position offers a full-time opportunity with a wage range of $22 - $25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and have technical and practical competence.
• Possess a sound knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Ability to work long hours especially during harvest months.
• Farming background and experience in planning and production is an asset.
• Spanish will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees ensuring job tasks are completed successfully.
• Instruct, organize, and coordinate employees during harvest.
• Ensure employees are trained in safe work procedures.
• Collaborate with the Farm Manager to complete daily operations.
• Operate farm equipment when needed.
• Maintain the camp residence tidy and follow company regulations.
• Ensure on-site equipment is maintained properly.
