Qualifications

  • At least 2 years outreach experience in a health care or social services setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide staffing support to STASH and HARM Reduction programming.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and partner agency staff.
  • Document all client encounters in the EMR system.
