Job summary

RONA is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to warmly greet shoppers and deliver outstanding service in our Montreal stores. You will assess needs, provide informed product advice, demonstrate merchandise, and help our team maintain attractive displays and pricing visibility.

You’ll stay up-to-date on new products, contribute to sales targets, participate in promotions, follow loss prevention and safety policies, and support a smooth-running store with proactive teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sales role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Assess customer needs and provide well informed and specialized advice about products.
• Present merchandise (including demos), emphasize features, and recommend items.
• Contribute to merchandising of products in the department (displays, labelling, signage).
• Stay informed of new products and their technical applications.
• Contribute to sales targets and promotions; follow store policies on loss prevention and safety.
