The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in analog and digital board design and have the ability to contribute throughout the full product development lifecycle.

• Design and develop hardware at the board level, including multi-layer boards.
• Perform low-level, sensitive measurements using metrology tools.
• Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and performance.
• Potential to grow into a leadership role for future succession planning.

Essential Skills

• 10-20 years of experience in hardware design (analog, digital, power supply).
• Experience with hardware development from concept to production.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analog hardware design experience.
• Digital hardware design experience.
• Familiarity with test and measurement systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Optical and high-speed board design.
• Telecom experience.
• Microcontroller knowledge.
• Schematic and electrical engineering skills.
• Programming experience in Python and MATLAB.
• Experience with schematic capture tools (Patent System Capture preferred).
• FPGA design experience is a plus.
