Tasks vary by appointment, from lockbox work to full property prep.

You must provide your own vehicle, hand tools, and basic maintenance equipment. Basic English communication is required, and training steps include a 24–48 hour online pre-interview process.

• Travelling directly between scheduled properties using your own vehicle

Help Prepare Rental Properties for Their Next Tenant

Move Smart Rentals helps property owners get their homes ready for the rental market. Before a property is listed or a new tenant moves in, there’s often a long list of small jobs that need to be completed—and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for dependable Handyworkers who enjoy solving problems, working independently, and taking pride in preparing homes so they’re clean, functional, accessible, and ready for leasing.

This is a field‑based role where every appointment is different. One property may need a lockbox installed, another may need a few maintenance repairs, while another may require a full inspection before it’s ready to be listed.

Your Responsibilities

• Minor repairs and general maintenance
• Property condition inspections
• Lockbox installation and removal

What We’re Looking For

• Smartphone capable of using GPS, mobile apps, taking photos, and submitting job updates
