Job summary

Partners Development Group is seeking a Site Labourer to join the Construction team on a three-month temporary basis at the Upper Greenwich project in NW Calgary. The role provides hands-on labour support to keep the site clean, organized, and running smoothly, with supervision from the Site Superintendent.

No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. You will assist with material handling, waste management, site setup, and basic tasks, all while following

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to perform manual labour outdoors.
• No prior construction experience required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the site.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence and safety training (CSTS/WHMIS/First Aid) are assets.

Responsibilities

• Keep the site clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Manage waste removal, material organization, and site staging.
• Set up and take down site fencing, signage, and coverings.
• Receive and stage material deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Assist trades with material movement and basic prep tasks.
• Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements.
• Participate in toolbox talks and report hazards immediately.
