UPS is hiring a part-time seasonal helper to assist drivers with deliveries and pickups in the Hamilton area. This role involves walking, lifting up to 70 lbs, and working 3-5 hours daily with start times between 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM.

You will meet drivers at local points, deliver and pick up packages, and learn UPS handling procedures. The position offers paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement within a Fortune 50 company.

Job Description

This part-time seasonal position assists UPS Package Drivers with deliveries and pick-ups of UPS packages at UPS drop boxes and customer locations in and around Hamilton Area. This role involves performing physical work in a fast-paced environment including continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages. This position ensures the best customer service through efficiency and dedication.

NO DRIVING REQUIRED

Job type(s): Part-time, Seasonal

Work Location: Hamilton ON (L8H, L8G, L8L, L8V, L9C, L9A, L8W, L9B, L0R1C0 - Postal Code Area)

Workdays: Monday through Friday (All five days of the week)

Shift Start: Start time will vary between 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Depending on operational needs start times & finish times may vary. Flexibility required (3-5 hours a day)

Pay rate: $18.15/hr

Applicants Must Be Able to Work Up to 25 Hours Per Week

Requirements

• 3 to 5 hours a day, start times & finish times may vary depending on operational needs. Flexibility required

• Strong customer service skills
• Employees must wear a company-provided vest, black pants, and dark brown or black boots
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to deliver packages by means of walking
• Work hours may vary depending on the work volume
