Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. in Halton Area is hiring a part-time seasonal associate to assist UPS Package Drivers with deliveries and pick-ups around Halton Area. You will perform light physical work, walk routes, and provide friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts vary 10:30 AM–3:00 PM; 3–5 hours daily, up to 25 hours weekly. Pay is $18.15 per hour with weekly pay, paid training, and local work with advancement opportunities in a Fortune 50 company.

Job Description:

Position Summary:

This part-time seasonal position assists UPS Package Drivers with deliveries and pick-ups of UPS packages at UPS drop boxes and customer locations in and around Halton Area . This role involves performing physical work in a fast-paced environment including continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages. This position ensures the best customer service through efficiency and dedication.

NO DRIVING REQUIRED

Work Location: Halton Area

Workdays: Monday through Friday (All five days of the week)

Shift Start: Start time will vary between 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Depending on operational needs start times & finish times may vary. Flexibility required (3-5 hours a day)

Pay rate : $18.15/hr.

_ APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UP TO 25 HOURS PER WEEK_

Requirements:

• Employees must wear a company-provided vest, black pants, and dark brown or black boots
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to deliver packages by means of walking
• Work hours may vary depending on the work volume
