You will oversee contract administration, safety programs, design coordination and performance reporting, ensuring work aligns with budget and schedule. The role requires 8–10 years of construction leadership, strong stakeholder management and knowledge of construction methods, codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall contract administration and technical support to a medium size construction project.
• Develops and implements the project safety plan and leads by example for safety practices.
• Monitors project progress against design, budget, resources, quality and schedule.
• Manages subcontracts, major purchase orders and progress payments.
