What You’ll Do

• Deliver fabulous haircuts, color, and styles with confidence
• Build lasting relationships and a loyal clientele
• Recommend professional products to enhance results
• Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment
• Handle basic admin tasks and occasionally close up shop

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• A valid journeyperson COA (or close too)
• A flexible schedule — evenings and weekends included
• Tech skills to navigate salon software (we’ll train you!)
• Great communication skills and team spirit
• A strong work ethic and a passion for customer service

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform salon services
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, and light lifting (10–25 lbs)
• OK with being around hair products, chemicals, and scents

Pay Range

$35,000 - $50,000 Annual
