Job description:

• You’ll Provide high-quality hair services tailored to senior clients, including classic cuts, curls, roller sets, perms, color, blowouts as well as modern low maintenance hairstyles
• Tailor your approach to clients with thinning hair, delicate scalps, or mobility challenges.
• Build meaningful relationships with regular clients through warm conversation and an empathetic, patient approach.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and accessible station.

Required skills/Experience:

• Active ³Cosmetology/Hair Styling Certificate /license with a minimum of 2 years of experience behind the chair.
• The Right Attitude: Exceptional patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with clients who have physical limitations or cognitive changes (like dementia) is a huge plus.
• Reliability: Punctual, professional, and respectful of our clients' time and comfort.
