Job summary

Puulse is seeking entry-level sales representatives in Kingston, ON to meet customers face-to-face and explain Bell Internet, TV and Mobile services, helping them pick the right plans. You’ll earn a base pay of $20/hour plus uncapped commissions with an OTE of $70,000–$120,000 per year. Training is fully paid; no sales experience is required.

The role offers outdoor work with a supportive team and growth opportunities. Evenings start in the afternoon, so mornings are yours.

What You'll Do:

Puulse partners with leading brands like Bell Canada to bring their services directly to customers. On a typical day, you meet your team for a huddle at the office, where you review the latest promotions, share wins from the day before, and head out to meet customers. You're having conversations, answering questions, and helping people find the best internet or mobile plan for their needs. Along the way, you're gaining confidence, learning how to sell, and earning more than you thought possible.

This is a sales role where you'll:

• 50% of our team is on track to earn $88,000+
• Top performers earn $120,000+ per year, with some earning $15K+ in a month
