Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. The Stylist delivers quality professional services while supporting the Experience Manager and ASM through performance, people, and process goals.

Responsibilities include performing hair design, color, styling, makeup, and occasional ear piercing, meeting sales targets, and staying informed on industry trends. Must have a Cosmetology license and prior salon experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Perform hair design, haircuts, color, styling, and treatments.
• Provide makeup services and ear piercing where applicable.
• Demonstrate guest service and up-sell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Contribute to a welcoming salon image and team collaboration.
• Participate in trainings and maintain sanitation and safety standards.
