STRABAG is seeking field-based safety inspectors for civil/heavy construction projects in multiple locations. The role involves field H&S inspections, site travel, and hands-on safety coaching to maintain high standards on tunnel construction sites.

Applicants should have 2-3 years in civil or heavy construction, safety experience preferred, and a G license is strongly recommended. Day and night 12-hour shifts with shift premiums apply.

Formación

• 2-3 years of Civil or Heavy experience.
• Tunnel construction safety experience preferred.
• Spanish or other languages are a nice-to-have but not required.
• Team-oriented and collaborative work style.
• Driving license (G) strongly recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Field H&S inspection (75% in the field).
• Day and Night shift with 12-hour shifts (shift premium).
• Maintain safety documentation and coaching in the field.
• Prepare Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Toolbox talks, safety presentations; maintain database; develop forms (Adobe).
• Visit multiple locations and drive company vehicle.
• Perform any other job-related task as assigned by the Manager.
