Job summary

GYMVMT is seeking a Junior Fitness Consultant to join our Calgary team. You will engage with guests, explain membership options, and guide prospects through the sign-up process with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.

You will support members and colleagues, handle inquiries, and maintain a positive, energetic presence in a fast-paced fitness facility, helping to grow our community and promote healthy lifestyles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 1 year experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Able to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize efficiently.
• Proficient English communication, both written and oral.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Inspire guests to become members.
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to members and visitors.
• Assist colleagues with day-to-day operations and inquiries.
• Represent the gym with a positive, energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment.

**GYMVMT JUNIOR FITNESS CONSULTANT****Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, evening, and weekend work****Shifts start times range from 9 – 10 AM and consists of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day/week.****May need to start at 5 AM some days depending on business requirements.****About Us**GYMVMT/HER GYMVMT operates fitness facilities across Alberta in Calgary and Edmonton.
