Job summary

GYMVMT/HER GYMVMT is seeking a Front Desk Associate to welcome members, answer inquiries, and support daily front desk operations at our Calgary/Edmonton fitness facilities. You will contribute to a positive member experience, manage front desk tasks, and uphold a friendly, professional demeanor.

Hours include Monday-Sunday, varied shifts. The role offers competitive compensation, benefits, EFAP, gym access, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, an asset.
• Prior related customer service or receptionist experience, an asset.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous assistance to management, colleagues, members and visitors.
• Support front desk operations and administrative tasks as needed.
