• 10+ years of experience in software development within P&C insurance technology or consulting environments.
• Guidewire Certified Associate, Specialist, Professional and/or Ace.
• Expert in one or more of the following areas: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter, Contact Manager, Data Hub, Digital Portal.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in client-facing projects.

Responsibilities

• Support our clients on Guidewire projects involving configurations, integrations, migrations, and full implementations.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership across project teams.
