Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the Information Technology area related to PolicyCenter.
• 10+ years of experience in the IT area for those with a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through interviews and sessions for projects.
• Analyze requirements to assess systems’ potential and impacts.
• Create process models to evaluate information completeness.
• Perform cost/benefit analysis and risk assessments.
• Guide users in building business cases and perform impact analysis.

Skills

Process reengineering

LEAN / Six Sigma experience

Experience with process modeling tools

Insurance application system design / analysis experience

Experience with use case development

Experience with Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools / techniques

Education

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering

High School Diploma or Equivalent
