Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a Part-Time Hotel Valet/Bell Desk attendant to provide hospitality services to guests, including valet, bell desk, and guest assistance in a hotel and casino setting. The role requires excellent customer service, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing vehicle inspections, supporting luggage handling, and guiding guests to rooms while offering reservations

Qualifications

Outstanding customer service experience.
Ten years of driving experience.
Clean criminal history certificate and annual driving record check.
Valid Ontario G2 driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Offer Valet and Bell Desk services and explain terms of use.
Park and retrieve vehicles following safety procedures.
Direct guests to parking areas and manage traffic flow.
Escort guests to rooms and provide information on hotel facilities.
