Job summary

The City of Ottawa is seeking multiple part-time permanent positions in Community Recreation and Culture Services. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a cultural setting.
• Current Standard First Aid, CPR, and/or AED certificates required.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities in guest services.
• Ensure theatre policies and procedures are maintained.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Attendants.
