Qualifications

• Experience as a restaurant host/hostess or in retail/customer service.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with Barbers.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, manage the waitlist, and guide clients to their barber's chair.
• Help team sweep and sanitize stations between guests and keep chairs moving smoothly.
• Answer phones, manage check-ins, run the register, and assist guests with product finds.
• Keep retail shelves stocked, track inventory, and make product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with Barbers and maintain a welcoming, organized vibe.
