Job Description Summary

Be an active, efficient and effective member of the Guest Services TEAM. Provide premium customer service through established programs including but not limited to providing information support and services to the shopping and travelling public.

Act as a liaison with tenants

Beyond the Booth Guest Services does not stop at the kiosk and should be carried out at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-line service answering inquiries in person and via telephone & email
• Gift card sales and promotion
• Transit product sales
• Operating the paging system
• Controlling the borrowing of mobility aids
• Other daily duties as assigned by the Guest Services Supervisor

Aberdeen Mall is looking for a part time / permanent Guest Services Representative (GSR) to join the Guest Services team as the primary point of contact for both internal staff & external customers and is focused on providing best in class customer service. Applicants must have a minimum of one year customer service experience and must be available to work all mall hours including weekends, evenings and statutory holidays (minimum of two scheduled shifts weekly). Must be able to provide a clear criminal record check.

The compensation for the position is : $17.85 - $17.85 CAD Hourly
