Qualifications

Join us as a Guest Services Officer/ Supervisor in Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because of this vital role, we are looking for someone who can :

Main Responsibilities

Assist in front office operations during assigned shift.

Greets, meets and assists guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner upon arrival.

Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures.

Responsible for and attends to guests’ requests regarding the use of the safety box at all times.

Knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures, for programs such as Seasonal Packages, Frequent Flyers Programs, and also Intercontinental Hotels Group Loyalty program (IHG Rewards Club).

Recommends F&B outlets in the hotel to guests.

Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, and refers problems to Duty Manager if unable to assist.

Conducts on‑the‑job training in accordance with departmental standards and procedures and maintains a record of progress for each trainee and team member.

What we need from you

Nitec or Diploma with a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in guest services/hotel experience.

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others.

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflect highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.

Has good writing skills, problem solving and organizational abilities.
