Job summary

Clovermead is seeking friendly, responsible Ride Operators to join our team. You’ll operate three rides (Bee Train, Barrel of Fun, Tractor Wagon Ride), greet guests, and ensure rides run safely and smoothly.

You’ll perform daily safety checks, keep ride areas clean, assist guests with boarding, and provide basic first aid if needed. Training is provided, and weekend/holiday availability is needed for peak season. This is a part-time, outdoor role at Clovermead in Ontario.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Friendly, confident, and professional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow procedures.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and giving clear instructions.
• Fun, reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to stay calm and efficient during busy days.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Must be available Saturdays and holidays during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Operate Clovermead rides safely and confidently (training provided).
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, helpful customer service.
• Explain ride rules and safety instructions clearly to guests.
• Assist guests with boarding and exiting rides/attractions when needed.
• Complete daily safety checks before opening and throughout the day.
• Maintain clean and organized ride areas (raking, sweeping, tidying, wiping surfaces, etc.).
• Provide basic first aid when required (training provided if needed).
