• Accurately prepare and finish products to meet quality standards.
• Work quickly to meet guest needs and speed of service targets.
• Handle guest concerns promptly with professional service recovery.
• Follow all preparation and equipment standards and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
• Log production details and minimize waste.
