Guest Experience Supervisor Jasper Columbia Icefield

Pursuit Collection Jasper, AB — $21 an hour — Full‑time seasonal role (Spring/Summer 2026). The position is located in Jasper, Alberta and focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences across all attractions and services.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and participate in the daily operation of the Guest Experience team, including training, scheduling, recognition, and performance management.
  • Oversee daily operations of Agents and Lead Hands, providing on‑floor leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Transportation team (primarily Dispatch) to ensure operational efficiency and resolve issues.
  • Support, train, coach, and encourage the Guest Experience Team to deliver an interactive, professional service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Implement and enforce SOPs related to service, operational, safety, and employee engagement standards.
  • Focus on operational excellence, employee training and development, and consistency in service standards.
  • Deliver on key performance areas and provide feedback and solutions to Leadership.
  • Identify business needs, adjust frontline strategies, and assist the Guest Experience Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Uphold environmental stewardship standards for all staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Guest Experience mission.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with a passion for guest and employee satisfaction.
  • Experience living and working in a remote yet social environment.
  • Mature, energetic, dependable, and self‑driven leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting.
  • Previous supervisory, cash reconciliation, and cash handling experience.
  • Class 5 driver's licence (clean abstract) is an asset.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and creatively.
  • Guest service‑oriented mindset and enthusiasm for coaching staff.
  • Experience with RTP POS system is an asset.
  • Second language is an asset.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods outdoors and indoors; ability to work in all season weather.
  • Consent to a criminal record check in line with company policy.
  • Standard First‑Aid or higher certification is an asset.
