Job summary

Red Robin Victoria is hiring a Host to join our front-of-house team at 800 Tolmie Ave, Victoria, BC. No experience is required as we provide training. You will be a friendly first contact for guests, manage seating and wait times, and collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Base wage is $18.25/hour with additional tip-out. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible day, evening, and weekend scheduling.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required; training will be provided.
• Friendly, dependable and guest-focused attitude is essential.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced front-of-house environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage waitlist, provide accurate wait-time estimates, and seat guests.
• Coordinate with servers and leadership to flow guests smoothly.
• Answer questions, assist with general restaurant information and phone calls.
• Maintain a clean entrance, host area, and waiting area.
