Job summary

Boston Pizza Edmonton is seeking a welcoming Host/Greeter to be the first friendly face guests meet. You will seat guests based on needs, acknowledge and thank guests, and coordinate with team members about available seating options.

As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll maintain a positive, fast-paced environment, communicate clearly with guests and teammates, and help deliver a memorable dining experience during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.
• Previous hospitality or quick service experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and guest service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and seat them promptly.
• Coordinate seating options with staff to maximize flow.
• Acknowledge and thank guests at departure.
• Assist guests by phone when needed.
