Job summary

Atlantic Superstore is seeking Store Team Members to deliver a positive in-store experience, ensuring carts are available and customers are assisted. You may work across departments and shifts, including outdoors, with training provided to set you up for success.

Ideal candidates are team players with attention to detail, capable of independent work in a fast-paced setting, and resourceful in resolving customer questions. Lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Flexibility to work varied departments and shifts.
• Comfortable outdoors and in different settings during shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the shopping carts are available for customer use
• Return carts to designated areas in store and in the parking lot
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
